Can You Change Your Spouse's Clothes in Skyrim
I was planning to ally Sylgja, merely i hate her clothing? I'm on panel and so mods are out of the question... Are there any ways i could become her to change her clothes, perminently?

If yous're using a PC then console commands should practice the trick:
ane. open the console command using the tilde (~) key, click on her to view her RefID
2. type "inv" to view her inventory, or refer to the console control on this wiki for the RefIDs.
iii. type "removeitem 00080697 one" to remove the miner's wearing apparel permanently (merely leave the boots on or else she will reset)
iii. type "equipitem 000D191F 1" to equip a dissimilar detail (I used the tavern clothes for, uhm, sample purposes).

There is the mod Matrimony Dynamic Outfits that lets you tell your spouse to wear diffrent clothes and even use unlike sets for diffrent activities but information technology should be installed earlier marriage and it is pretty former, like MrFunreal said the Creation Kit or the tertiary party TES5Edit let'south you lot dig around in the game lawmaking or there's the easier panel control's above.
For non PC people someone said pickpocketing but i tried information technology on the PS3 and it never worked, try it out but don't get you lot hopes upwardly Muiri refused to equip any new wearing apparel or armor i tried.

yous can pickpocket and give her clothes but she won't always wear what you give her

It'south a shame that after all of these years and with two generational consoles, Bethesda is unable or unwilling to gear up this pop issue their customers ask about. Either crap customer service OR crap business sense.
